Swim Scholarships
We provide a scholarship program to offer financial support to up-and-coming swimmers in the Five Boroughs of NYC. Our mission is to ensure that every aspiring swimmer, regardless of their economic background, has access to swim lessons and the opportunity to be part of a team.
Our initial focus is on forming six partnerships within the Five Boroughs. However, our vision extends beyond this region, with plans to reach Jersey City in 2025. We're committed to expanding our reach and making swimming accessible to more communities.

Swim Clinics
We partner with swim teams, clubs, and schools throughout the tri-state area to deliver clinics designed to cater to different skill levels and swimming requirements.
Our President, three-time Olympian Anthony Ervin, and Board Member Dave Marsh, an internationally renowned swimming coach, are the architects behind these clinics.
Our goal is to make high-quality swim education accessible to all. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that motivates and nurtures budding athletes, regardless of their background or previous experience.
Team Elite was founded by the internationally renowned coach David Marsh. This team has been pivotal in maintaining the United States' standing as a dominant force in international and Olympic swimming competitions.
As the Head Coach of Team Elite, David Marsh brings his vast experience and exceptional leadership qualities to our program. He notably held the position of Head U.S. Olympic Women's Swim Coach at the Rio Olympics, where he led Team USA to secure the most medals in the history of USA Swimming. Over the years, Marsh has had the opportunity to coach more than 60 Olympians from over 20 countries.
In 2024, Team Elite is backing five extraordinary athletes: Jack Alexy, Tomer Frankel, Destin Lasco, Dare Rose, and Claire Weinstein. Their performances and achievements will undoubtedly contribute to the continuing legacy of Team Elite in the swimming world.

Claire Weinstein
A New York native and multiple-time NAG record holder, is a distinguished swimmer with international acclaim as part of the United States winning 800 free relay team at the 2022 World Championships. She secured a spot at the 2022 FINA World Aquatics Championships in Budapest, making her the youngest athlete to make the USA Swimming World Championships team since Elizabeth Beisel in 2007. In September 2023, she took a significant step in her academic and athletic career by committing to the University of California, Berkeley, for the class of 2025. Weinstein stands as a rising star in the aquatic sports world and is undoubtedly one to watch on the road to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Dare Rose
Born in New York City, Dare Rose is an American competitive swimmer who has significantly contributed to swimming at both the global and collegiate levels. He swims for the University of California, Berkeley. Rose's successful collegiate career includes participating in the NCAA team championship in 2022 and 2023. He was also a key player in the Pac-12 team championship in 2021 and 2022. Rose has earned a spot on the U.S. National Team for the 2022-23 season. He was selected for outstanding performances in the 50 fly, 100 fly, and 4x100 medley relay. At the 2023 World Aquatics Championships, Rose earned a gold medal in the 4×100-meter medley relay.
Destin Lasco
Destin Lasco , from New Jersey - is an American swimmer who currently represents the University of California, Berkeley. With 20 All-American honors to his name.. He represented the USA National Jr Team at the 2018 Jr Pan Pacific Championships, clinching victories in the 100 back and 4x100 free relay. His NCAA Championship record includes a second-place finish in the 200 back and third place in the 200 IM and 100 back. Beyond individual events, Lasco has been a crucial component of Cal's relay teams, even aiding them in a 400-free relay victory. His college career has seen him break records and continually improve performance times. Lasco has also donned the USA colors at the World Aquatics Championships, further cementing his reputation as a formidable competitor on the global stage.
Jack Alexy
Hailing from Mendham Borough, New Jersey, Jack Alexy is a distinguished swimmer who has made remarkable strides in his career. He currently swims collegiately at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2023, Alexy earned silver medals at the Pacific 12 Championships and NCAA Championships. His impressive performance in the 50-yard freestyle at the TYR Pro Swim Series won him a place at the prestigious 2023 World Aquatics Championships. At the World Aquatics Championships, Alexy continued to excel. He took home two silver medals in individual events and contributed to Team USA's success by earning three more medals in relays.
Tomer Frankel
Tomer Frankel is an Israeli swimmer who competes collegiately at Indiana University. Frankel competed in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games for Israel in the 100m Butterfly event and was a pivotal part of Israel's 800m Freestyle Relay team, which finished in an impressive 10th place. Frankel holds multiple Israeli national records in both short and long-course events. He is a Seven-Time All-American (2021) and Three-Time Big Ten Champion (one event, two relays).
