Welcome to the Stand By Me Foundation. We are a non-profit organization established in 2012 by international swim coaches and Olympic swimmers. Our mission is clear and straightforward: to empower athletes at every stage of their journey, from learning to competing and beyond.
We believe in the power of swimming. It's not just a sport; it's a life skill that promotes discipline, resilience, and fitness. We envision a world where everyone, regardless of background or resources, can confidently identify as a swimmer.

Swim Scholarships
We operate a scholarship program that provides financial aid to budding swimmers across the Five Boroughs of New York City. The aim is to make swim lessons and team participation readily available, nurturing talent and fostering skill development.

Team Elite is a fundamental component of our foundation. It's renowned for nurturing elite athletes, many of whom have made it to the U.S. Olympic Team. This team epitomizes our dedication to swimming excellence.
Pool Access
We are devoted to collaborating with city and state representatives to pinpoint potential areas for expansion. The goal is to upgrade existing facilities into state-of-the-art swimming venues, ensuring accessibility and promoting the sport.
